MLCC2 has achieved the requirements for sustainability and the Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design (LEED) Silver Certification for Core & Shell. Some of the components include energy efficiency for all MEP related aspects of the building, including electrical efficiency, water conservation and an HVAC energy management system.
